This bright modern villa is located in San Eugenio Alto, in a nice and quiet area in the south of Tenerife. Due to its favorable location, the villa boasts magnificent panoramic views of the south coast of the island and the Caldera Del Rey Natural Park. At the same time, the shopping streets of Costa Adeje are just a few minutes away by car.
Building
The villa consists of three levels and two separate entrances from the street: one from the main house and one from the guest apartment. At the entrance to the house, we immediately get into the living room, combined with a new fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The sunny and inviting terrace has panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera. A small study and a guest toilet complete this level. The lower level consists of three bedrooms, two of which are with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are connected and have an entrance from the terrace.
